One-time payment
Electric Interview is a pay-once service — there are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no auto-renewals. You pay once per practice session ($5, or the price displayed at checkout). That's it.
Once you've paid, your session — including the gap analysis, employer intelligence, and your practice interview with feedback report — remains accessible for 30 days from the date of your session.
Refund policy
If you're not satisfied with your practice interview for any reason, email us at support@electricinterview.com within 7 daysof your purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your data
Your data is processed securely, never used to train AI models, and automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Your documents are sent to Anthropic for analysis. Anthropic has a contractual commitment that API data is never used to train their models.
- All data is automatically deleted after 30 days. You can also delete it instantly at any time using the "Delete my data" button on your session page.
- We never store your original uploaded files — only extracted text.
- Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
